Hello

I grew up on Long Island.  I got married, had 3 children and got divorced years later.  I later remarried and now have a blended family with 6 adult children.  Through my own life experiences, I know what it's like to live through addiction and know first hand  how challenging relationships can be. I also understand how when motivated, the positive impact that therapy can have on our lives.

 

 I did my undergraduate work at Cornell University and received my Master's degree from New York University.  I got my Advanced Certificate in Mental Health from Alfred University.
